Davis Dining Hall

The Davis Dining Hall seats up to 150 guests (59 ft. x 40 ft.) and all guests are served buffet-style, home-cooked meals. All meals are prepared by our Certified Executive Chef and served in-house. Ingredients are from local East-end farms.  Meal times are 8am, 12pm and 5pm. Hot drinks are served with the buffet breakfast. Cold drinks are served with lunch and dinner. We have a full salad bar and make your own deli sandwich station at lunch and dinner, and a cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, and granola bar at breakfast.  Every breakfast, you will find home made baked goods fresh from our oven, and every dinner there is a from-scratch dessert, and often hot buttery rolls, made by our in-house Certified Master Baker.  We also cater for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, lactose-intolerance and food allergies. The Davis Dining Hall is heated for winter months and has A/C for warmer months. There are H/C accessible bathrooms, chairs and tables that seat 8 guests per table. Meals are included for all day and overnight retreat guests.
