Davis Dining Hall

The Davis Dining Hall seats up to 150 guests (59 ft. x 40 ft.) and all groups of over 25 guests are served home-cooked meals that are served individually packaged, following the current CDC guidelines. Ingredients are from local east-end farms.  Meal times are 8am, 12pm and 5pm. Hot drinks and cold drinks are served with all meals. We also cater for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, lactose-intolerance and food allergies, upon request. The Davis Dining Hall is heated for winter months and has A/C for warmer months. There are H/C accessible bathrooms, chairs and tables that seat 8 guests per table. The minimum group size for meals is 25 guests. Groups of less than 25 guests residing in the Benson House, Sound View Lodge, Apartments and Retreat Lodge have access to kitchens to bring own food and drinks for the lodges.

*Scrambled Eggs or Omelet: Western, Ham & Cheese, American Cheese, Cheddar
*Bacon or Sausage or Ham
*Waffles or Pancakes or French Toast
*Home Fries
*Yogurt Parfait
*Fresh Fruit
*Assorted Bagels and Rolls or Toast
*Orange Juice or Apple Juice
*Coffee & Tea

Sample Lunches:
#1) Soft Shell Tacos
#2) Chicken Classic Sandwich 
#3) Hamburger or cheeseburger.
#4) Chicken Finger or Eggplant Wrap
#5) Chicken fajitas
#6) Caesar salad topped with grilled chicken and croutons.
#7) Roast beef sandwich on roll.
#8) Ham and Swiss Cheese on a Roll
#9) Turkey Club Sandwich 
-All lunches are served with French Fries, coleslaw and pickle.
-Iced Tea & Lemonade

Sample Dinners:
#1) Chicken parmigiana. Served over pasta
#2) Chicken Francese. Served over pasta
#3) Pasta Vodka – Grilled Chicken or Grilled Shrimp or Plain. 
#3) Philly cheese steak on a hero rolls. With sautéed onions and cheddar cheese. Served with waffle fries
#4) Fried chicken or Fried Shrimp Basket served with waffle fries and coleslaw.
#5) Gyro with onions, lettuce and tomatoes. Wrapped in a warm pita bread. Tzatziki on side. Served with side of rice pilaf or French Fries
#6) Chicken souvlaki served with onions, lettuce and tomatoes. Wrapped in a warm pita bread. Tzatziki on side. Served with rice pilaf or French Fries
#6) Meatloaf served with mashed potatoes. Topped with gravy and onions. Served with mixed sauteed vegetables. 
#7) Hot opened roasted turkey. Served with mashed potatoes. Layered on top of toasted bread. Topped with turkey gravy. Served with Mixed Sauteed Vegetables. 
#8) Eggplant parmigiana. Served over pasta. 
-Each Dinner includes a Garden salad or Caesar salad
-Each Dinner includes Dinner Rolls & Butter
-Dessert: Assorted Cookies or Fresh Fruit or Apple Pie or Cheesecake or Carrot Cake or Chocolate Mousse or Jello-o
