Davis Dining Hall

The Davis Dining Hall seats up to 150 guests (59 ft. x 40 ft.) and all groups of over 25 guests are served home-cooked meals that are served individually packaged, following the current CDC guidelines. Ingredients are from local east-end farms.  Meal times are 8am, 12pm and 5pm. Hot drinks and cold drinks are served with all meals. We also cater for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, lactose-intolerance and food allergies. The Davis Dining Hall is heated for winter months and has A/C for warmer months. There are H/C accessible bathrooms, chairs and tables that seat 8 guests per table, by family, and tables are set up to adhere to social distancing guidelines for safe space and capacity. The minimum group size for meals is 25 guests. Groups of less than 25 guests residing in the Benson House, Sound View Lodge, Apartments and Retreat Lodge have access to kitchens to bring own food and drinks for the lodges.

Sample Breakfasts:
#1) 3 scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries and sausage. Choice of toast. (rye, white, or whole wheat)
#2) French toast, bacon, eggs, home fries.
#3) 3 fried eggs, cheese bacon or sausage on a roll. Side of home fries.
#4) Pancakes, bacon, eggs, home fries. 
-Orange Juice
-Personal consumption condiment packets are provided.

Sample Lunches:
#1) Panini. Fried or grilled chicken cutlet, bacon, American cheese, lettuce & tomato.
#2) Panini. Chicken tenders, cheddar cheese, bacon, and barbecue sauce.
#3) Hamburger or cheeseburger.
#4) Turkey triple decker. Homemade turkey, bacon, lettuce & tomato.
#5) Chicken fajita wrap. Grilled chicken, sautéed onions and peppers.
#6) Caesar salad topped with grilled chicken and croutons.
#7) Roast beef sandwich on roll.
-All lunches are served with French Fries, coleslaw and pickle.
-Iced Tea & Lemonade
-Personal consumption condiment packets are provided.

Sample Dinners:
#1) Chicken parmigiana. Served over spaghetti.
#2) Penne a la vodka.
#3) Philly cheese steak. Sautéed onions and cheddar cheese on a hoagie. Served with waffle fries
#4) Fried chicken (4 pieces chicken) served with waffle fries and coleslaw.
#5) Gyro with onions, lettuce and tomatoes. Wrapped in a warm pita bread. Tzatziki on side. Served with side of rice pilaf.
#6) Chicken souvlaki served with onions, lettuce and tomatoes. Wrapped in a warm pita bread. Tzatziki on side. Served with rice pilaf.
#6) Meatloaf served with mashed potatoes. Topped with gravy and onions.
#7) Hot opened roasted turkey. Served with mashed potatoes. Layered on top of toasted bread. Topped with turkey gravy.
-Each entree includes a dinner tossed salad and vegetable.
-Iced Tea & Lemonade
